1. No Returns on Spiritual Products

All items sold on our website — including gemstones, bracelets, energized items, and customized spiritual products — are non-returnable.

This is because:

• Each item is energized or customized as per your birth details or specific requirement.
• The spiritual purity and energy alignment of products cannot be maintained once shipped and handled.

2. Services Are Non-Refundable

Our consultations, numerology reports, astrology guidance, and any spiritual recommendations are delivered as services. These are non-refundable, as:

• They are time and expertise based.
• Results and interpretations are subjective and spiritual in nature.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

We take utmost care in packaging and quality checking, but in the rare event that:

• You receive a damaged product, or
• You are sent the wrong item,

Please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled if they include personalized or energized products.
• For digital services (e.g., reports), cancellations are not permitted after processing has begun.
